About City

Paris is synonymous with everything which is French. Referred to all over the world as the "City of Light," Paris is applauded for its enchanting urban layout, its architecture, exhibition halls, stretches, prayer houses, parks, shopping, insect markets, walkway bistros, large and magnificent avenues, extraordinary food and myriad landmarks. Limited to an island in the middle of the Seine River, the Ile de la Cite, Paris, was established more than 2,000 years ago, spreading rapidly to both banks of the waterway — the right bank and the left bank. The right bank is known to be the heart of the city's business, while the left bank houses the University of Paris and everything that is scholarly and dilettante. Paris has been considered to have a feeling and paradox atmosphere and has been the venue for some books and films. Oscar Wilde's character in a play declared, "When great Americans bite the dust, they go to Paris."

The best voyages over Paris are by vessel. One can get a someone-hour journey on the Seine in a traveling vessel or bateau Mouche, which calls attention to the fundamental landmarks, extensions, and church buildings (Notre Dame's best view ever), and offers a history marked by the city.

A voyage to Paris is that the good get-away. One weekend or one or two days in Paris will be enough to make you feel at home with the city and dissect the daily routine.

Look forward to meeting you in Paris, France
